He spent time with me under the house, answering all of my questions patiently and was very open to my thoughts and comments. He then drew up a brief ballpark estimate while we discussed any concerns or questions. Within a day, he had emailed me a quote outlining all of the work we had discussed. 
I feel very confident in his abilities and his finished product. I haven't decided to move forward with the job yet, but wanted to take time to give this review as I felt that the experience so far showed that it would be great overall.  Definitely a professional!
