"Absolutely Professionalism Incredible Work Ethics. Did an Outstanding Job leveling our old home ?. Cleaned out the entire crawlspace and sealed up everything opened up to the outside. Installed a Full Vapor Barrier under our whole crawlspace. We couldn't be Happier. We Highly Recommend this company. They saved use $18,000 compared to 3 other companies who Never came inside to check anything. Jason brought a green Lazer level went through our entire home ? checking every room. Now the floors are Strong Level and Secure. Definitely 5 ***** Plus ."

"Jim did a detailed analysis of the crawlspace and the home exterior and noted a few things that I had missed on my inspections. He noted things that even our home inspector had missed. He spent time with me under the house, answering all of my questions patiently and was very open to my thoughts and comments. He then drew up a brief ballpark estimate while we discussed any concerns or questions. Within a day, he had emailed me a quote outlining all of the work we had discussed.
I feel very confident in his abilities and his finished product. I haven't decided to move forward with the job yet, but wanted to take time to give this review as I felt that the experience so far showed that it would be great overall.  Definitely a professional!

"I am not lying when I saw that EnviroFry is the best business/company I have ever worked with or hired in my entire life. My son was severely ill with mold illness and PANS and it took FOUR mold companies to find all of the hidden mold in our home… EnviroFry was the company that finally found all of the mold. They are like mold finding ninjas. Not only are they the most skilled at what they do (I would literally fly them across the globe if I had to because they are the only ones I trust) but they are the most amazing, kind, compassionate, and loving people… just the type of people you need with you and advising you when you are scared and overwhelmed. We have now been back in our home for 3 years and everyone is healthy and doing great. We had a successful remediation. I recommend them to everyone I know and they have helped so many friends and family members of mine and all of them feel the same as I do about their excellence."

Home Inspection questions, answered by experts

In most cases, a roof inspection will include a visual inspection of the exterior roofing materials, an interior inspection for signs of leaking or roof damage, and an assessment of the structural stability of your roof and the materials supporting it. Some things your roof inspector will look for include the following:

  • Missing or damaged shingles, flashing, or sealant

  • Signs of old age

  • Signs of leaks, including mold growth and water stains

  • Potential issues, like tree branches touching your roof

  • Signs of a loss of structural integrity

Structural problems with the foundation or roof, water damage, and significant plumbing or electrical issues are all considered major red flags in a home inspection. Of these, a structural problem related to the foundation is often the most severe. Foundation repairs are typically the most expensive and intrusive to carry out, averaging around $5,000 but sometimes reaching up to $16,000. Because these problems can pose safety risks and be costly to fix, you should ask your inspector detailed questions about any identified issues. You will need to carefully consider how major problems affect what you’re willing to pay for the home, or if you want to proceed with the sale at all.

The person who requests the inspection should select the inspector themselves. This way, there are no conflicts of interest, and the inspection report offers an objective, unbiased look into the condition of the property.

Evacuate immediately and call professionals for emergency inspection and repairs.

Services typically take 1-2 hours, depending on the stove’s condition and accessibility.
