Alliance Pro Inspections (API) went above and beyond my expectations, not only with scheduling, but the level of professionalism was superb. API was punctual, even with inclement weather conditions and completed the services without delay. Shortly after the inspection was completed I received an email with the results of the inspection attached. While reviewing the reports provided the detail and explanation of each topic was broken down and explained, which made the results easy to understand. I would gladly give five stars for a review for Alliance Pro Inspection and highly recommend them to anyone in need of the services of a home inspector. I had my home and septic tank inspected.

Noah is a true professional. He worked with our realtor to arrange a time that was best for all involved. He even started our Radon test 2 day early so the results would be ready the day of his inspection. He also offered us a package deal where if we did a house, Radon and termite inspection, he took $100 of the total. When we arrived near the end of his inspection, he went over (and showed us) everything he found in detail and answered any question we had. A few hours after the inspection we received a full report on his findings (including pictures and diagrams). This company has a warranty and other services that are included at no charge. I would recommend Alliance Pro Inspections to everyone.

Roger did a great job with the inspection. Just talk about how flexible he was in scheduling, how he visited the property twice around owner and tenants schedule, and that the report was very thorough, he found a number of things that I would have overlooked, and he good great pictures and videos, etc

They made the process for our home inspection very simple and convenient from across the country. Everything was uploaded online same day, and easy to review and send to our mortgage underwriters. Extremely thorough inspection with pictures, aerial view, and recommendations on the level of repair needed for each issue.

Very happy with the inspection report. Detailed, explanations provided with pictures and suggestions for what professional to contact for help. Easy to refer to findings with the layout of the report. Easy to do business online or mobile which is helpful.

Jody did an awesome job inspecting and thoroughly documenting any issues in the home we are purchasing. The inspection report was very detailed with a lot of quality pictures and even helpful links to educational material regarding certain issues. Don't know how an home inspection service could be any better. Wide spectrum and thorough testing (just about every operational detail throughout home) prior to purchase of home. The service was timely, thorough and outstanding. Can't say enough about detail of report and personal discussion on site. Videos of various operations was VERY helpful, as were recommendations. Would recommend Roger to anyone.

Roger was absolutely terrific. I couldnâ t have asked for better. He was able to get our inspection done earlier than scheduled. Worked quickly and was very thorough. I was not able to be there but was able to FaceTime in with a friend and he spoke with me about any concerns that he found at the time. The report was available within hours. He came highly recommended and I understand why. Will use them again in the future and definitely recommend them.

Excellent service and a great same day report

The inspector visited the property we were buying twice. The first time they did a thorough and very detailed inspection, and the second time was to recheck that the seller had completed the agreed upon repairs. Both times they were professional and detailed with their inspections. The inspector was Brian Wilson and he did an excellent job on our recheck inspection.

Jacob was great. He was prompt, thorough and professional.
