"Lynn Burroughs of Aire Serv came out to check on our furnace that was giving problems. Lynn thoroughly inspected each HVAC system in our house and determined that it would be in our best interest to replace the main floor system instead of repairing it(the old furnace was on its last leg anyway). I had two other companies come out and give me an estimate(very similar in price), but I chose AireServ because of Lynn's knowledge, experience, and professionalism. He took his time and diagnosed the problem whereas the other two companies were not as thorough in their assessment of our needs. Initially, I was a bit overwhelmed in trying to make a decision on the  best equipment for our home, but Lynn and his office helped guide me based on their past experiences, and I really appreciated this. Another thing that impressed me was the fact that Lynn really liked working for Aire Serv. He mentioned that the owner of the company, Richard, was very supportive of his people and treated them well.
 Lynn and his colleague, Scott, worked diligently to install our new HVAC system, making sure everything was done the way they would have wanted it to be done in their own home.  They took care to respect our home and went beyond my expectations in ensuring a satisfactory installation. Lynn also installed a new NEST thermostat for us, which we are very pleased with. I had been reading up on this thermostat for a while and was very pleased that Aire Serv was able to install it for us. I like the ability to be able to control the thermostat from my smartphone.  Lastly, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company's staff, especially Andrea in the office. We will definitely be using this company in the future. Thank you!

"I sent a message through Angies List and they responded almost immediately. I was called and given a 30 minute window of their arrival, plus the technician's name. Then the technician called me when he was on his way. He talked to me then went to work and immediately diagnosed the issue (chipmunk chewed the wiring argh!). He gave me a quote which I felt was quite reasonable and the repair only took about 45 minutes. After that, we spoke further about the Hvac (it's pretty old), he said it seems to be running well but obviously has some age to it. He advised I don't need it replaced but may want to consider some ongoing maintenance. He was nice and professional and answered all of my dumb questions. I would definitely call them again.

"They showed up promptly to access the problem and jumped right on the problem and ended up having to replace the whole system and they didn't quit til they repaired the damper system as well. Our HVAC has never worked so good! They could however work on keeping me informed of their arrival times. I had to call them each day they were expected to get an ETA."
