"Very efficient. This house had dust bunnies in every corner. The ceiling fans looked like they had a dusty shell. Now to my amazement the floor have been buffed to a high gloss naturally by removing the dirt. The windows sparkle and the carpet looks like new. It has been cleaned from top to bottom. I could not ask for better job at a great price. I highly recommend ?"

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

To properly maintain natural stone surfaces, use pH-neutral cleaners for regular cleaning and avoid acidic substances that can cause damage or etching. It is also important to reseal the surfaces periodically, especially for porous stones, to protect the finish, maintain appearance, and ensure longevity.

Regular cleaning, avoiding harsh chemicals, and periodic resealing extend its lifespan.

If you’re cleaning or repairing laminate floors, avoid anything abrasive like heavy-grit sandpaper or steel wool. Because the image layer is protected by a topcoat, the image layer is more vulnerable to scratches and damage if the topcoat is damaged. And if the image layer is scratched, it can reveal the wood fiber core.

If your floor is still sticky after mopping, chances are you used too much or too little of the cleaning solution. Using too little won’t get all of the grime off, but using too much can leave its own residue. Refer to the cleaning solution’s instructions and dilute it as directed.

You should strip and wax hardwood floors every six months to two years. The actual length of time between stripping and waxing depends on the wear and tear that the floors see. Stripping and waxing floors can help repair hardwood floor damage and give the room a fresh look.
