It took Zach a few days to return our call due to the busy season, but it was worth the wait. He reviewed our floors and assisted in minor repairs (moving boards and filling small cracks. He's very honest and not trying to sell you new floors if you don't need them. If we were replacing our hardwood floors, we would hire Zach in a heartbeat. When we need service again, we will be calling Zach. He's eager to assist in anyway possible (goes above & beyond) and tried to adhere to our cost-conscious mindset. "Overall, cleaning was good. I did provide a list of "to dos" from the rental company however some things like the light fixtures and ceiling fans weren't cleaned. Once cleaning the ceiling fan, I then had to re-clean the floor. The floors were mopped however not cleaned around the edges so scrubbed those. The bottom of the shower door was not cleaned. Now, with that being said, the other items were completed (baseboards wiped, light switches were cleaned, etc.). Overall, it saved me a lot of time!

Now to my amazement the floor have been buffed to a high gloss naturally by removing the dirt. The windows sparkle and the carpet looks like new. It has been cleaned from top to bottom.
