"From start to finish the service was great. I wanted my house cleaned before i moved in and after spending so much to move in I was looking for affordable cleaning. Not only was he reasonable he worked with me patiently when I had to reschedule because the move in date was pushed back. The guy i spoke to and dealt with was friendly and pleasant. The cleaning done was great the place needed a bit of a touch up snd he got it clean for me. I appreciate the service and will be recommending my friends to call and book again."

"Clean: could use some improvment. 2nd opinion Inspector asked if they cleaned the flue. I guess it wasn't up to his standards. Inspection/Clean: Way to pricey. $200.00 Estimate of Repairs: Over 7k. 2nd opinion got it done for way much less. Customer Service: Very Polite and Professional. Overall: I think they are very detailed and Professional, but pricing needs to come down."

"Hired to soft-wash our 1300sf single story home built in the fifties. Texting was quick and allowed me to set up the appointment in short order. They arrived promptly at the appointed time and completed the job to my satisfaction. One piece of equipment failed before the last two feet of chimney could be completed; not a problem as they returned a few days later and finished the job. Now my house looks as good as the day it was built. 10:10. Will use again."

"Following a biannual inspection and cleaning appointment, a need was determined to open part of the ducting from the AHU to inspect a damper. The technician opened the duct, determined a damper stem appeared to be broken resulting in the damper falling to the bottom of the duct. Carolina Custom Air has already called making an appointment the next day to reinstall the damper after repair. Great work, great company. I recommend them completely."
