"They used two different crews. The first crew removed the very old blown in insulation. Second crew sprayed in foam insulation. Both crews were careful to avoid damage to home interior and were very professional. Our attic is now usable, with dramatically cooler temperatures during hot weather. The comfort level of our upper floor rooms is much better, and the A/C is definitely not having to work as hard."

"1. removed all trash (plenty) from under house
2. leveled ground surface
3. removed all insulation; tacked  up all wires to roof of crawl space; treated all joists with effective chemical to destroy mold
4. replaced vapor barrier on ground
5. attached heavy duty wrap to all walls (to within 4 inches of roof of space) and about all posts
6. placed new dehumidifier in center of space; programmed to maintain proper humidity level
7. attached lighting to illuminate space.
Every step of the process done by professional, competent and efficient workers with daily supervision by "crawl doctor" himself.
Entire job done in one week.
My crawl space is now as clean as interior of my home.
I strongly recommend this process by this provider to anyone with crawl space.
Price not only competitive but at least half that of others in area who offer this process (I interviewed Orkin and Low Country).
