"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. "Ethan explained (in detail) how they would not only set up the panels on top of my home, but that they will also "pressurize" my home, including my air conditioning unit, to ensure that I get the best service possible from my panels!  He explained every detail of cost, taxes, and best of all REBATES!  He explained several methods of purchase, as well.  I have his personal cell phone number in case I have questions, and I can call their office at ANY TIME if I need anything.  So far, my experience with Sunpro Solar (Mandeville, LA) has been nothing short of great!  In a few weeks, I'll have my solar panels installed.  The time it has taken to get to this process has been minimal.  Everyone I've spoken with at Sunpro Solar has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and accommodating.

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
