Excellent job!  Kept me informed, being that I do not live in the area where work was done.

Mr. Brown was punctual for the quote and the service provided. He was able to complete the work a day earlier than anticipated, but kept a high standard on their quality of work. Service was provided as stated and agreed upon, with quality, quickness and limited dust being spread throughout the other parts of the house. He displayed pride in workmanship, which provided a smooth surface to prime and paint on, with very few blemishes.

Reasonable estimate (compared to other contractors) that was set up w/little delay. Work started a few days after estimate agreement and was completed in 4-5 days. They did a great job of trying to keep the mess confined and minimal, even used a damp rag to try to remove all dust from the floor at the end of the job!
Mr Brown came by every morning and afternoon to check on his employees work, and never asked for payment until after he had completed my punch list and done his own walk thru. Both he and his employees were very respectful.
It was the most pleasant drywall and painting experience I could imagine (given that drywall dust is messy).
The painting was great, they asked me to come and look over the room before they were done. I only saw 1-2 areas that needed a touch-up but they did this before the job was considered finished.

Our AC contractor recommended Michael Brown (I call him Mr. Brown) based on work he'd seen Mr. Brown complete on one of his jobs. Mr. Brown came to talk to me about what I wanted done and provided an estimate within 1-2 days. His price, including painting after all work was completed, came in several hundred dollars LOWER than another contractor we were going to use that wasn't going to paint at all.

Mr Brown and his crew are very personable and very respectful. They work quickly and obviously know what they are doing. They even cleaned up before they left--I caught one gentlemen wiping up the drywall dust off my floor with a wet rag! I was amazed!

But the bottom line is they do a great job and their price is extremely competitive.

We had Mr. Brown and his crew come back to do additional work for us just recently. It was done very well and very quickly and again, at a good price. He knows how to provide customer service and does not try to rip anyone off. I definitely recommend him if you are looking for quality drywall or trim or paint work to be done at a fair price (they can do it all!).

We just had them complete another job for us (8/11/2011) focusing more on repair than replacing drywall. Their work on our old living room ceiling has made it look brand new without having to actually replace it. Same thing with the hallway and bathroom! And the new drywall ceiling added to the side entrance looks great too.

We will be using him again in the coming year as we tackle more home improvements (trimming in additional windows and doorways, replacing crown molding and baseboards, and drywall fixes)!
