"My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer. The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to clean up to following up - they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do several things at my residence also. Jamar honed and polished several marble tops we have, he cleaned and re-sealed the shower and polished our kitchen granite countertop. All around, great work, great workers and great experience. "This is the best experience I have had with a contractor in a long time. Tony was friendly and professional. He communicated with me and arrived on time. We showed him the areas we needed cleaned and he got straight to work. We found him here and had used a coupon that he had posted. My wife and I fully expected for him to tell us that parts of the job were outside of the agreement or that the services we needed would cost more (as so many other repairmen, plumbers etc have done in the past). We were happily surprised to see that the price quoted is what he charged. A great job and good character. I highly recommend this company."
