"It was perfect! They had to replace butcher block countertops that had been incorrectly installed by another company. They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. Exceptional people to work with!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

The Donnie's many years of experience with stone shows through in the final product. Extremely satisfied from start to finish. These folks care about making sure the customer is beyond pleased at the end of the day. "My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer. The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to clean up to following up - they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do several things at my residence also. Jamar honed and polished several marble tops we have, he cleaned and re-sealed the shower and polished our kitchen granite countertop. All around, great work, great workers and great experience. I wish they painted!!!"
