Wife said crew was very polite and cleaned up before they left. Would use again and recommend."

Brian did an amazing job and even helped us get through some things the builder forgot with certain brackets in our ceiling. Brian also installed a new outlet for a wine fridge the builder forgot too. One other thing I am very grateful is that I had Brian look at our septic tank (this is a new construction house) and the electricians before wired the thing incorrectly and was filling up and we didn't even know it. Given the reputation of our custom home builder I had him take a look and he fixed the wiring which fixed our pump...THANK GOD! "I decided that I wanted a standby electric generator for my house. Not knowing anything about generators, I began looking for advice on exactly what I should purchase. After talking to several electrical contractors, Tri-City was obviously the most knowledgeable on the subject. Chad (of Tri-City) helped me choose the right generator for my situation, with no promise that I would use him to do the installation. He and his brother Jason came by here to look at my situation and didn't try to get me to commit to anything or try the old trick of "We'll knock off the charge for the estimate when we do the installation". After I had chosen a generator and had it delivered, (I got it from electricgeneratorsdirect.com), Chad and Jason came out here and built a wood-framed gravel pad, made sure it was level and attractive, then moved the generator from my garage and placed it on the pad and did all the connections that were possible before the gas company came to perform some necessary modifications. After the gas was hooked up, they returned and completed the installation. Not only did they do an outstanding job, they stayed around for a couple hours testing it to make sure it was working properly. I no longer have to think about who I will call when I need anything electrical done! These guys are head and shoulders above any other electrical contractor I was able to find!"

Let me start by saying : This is the company and contractor that you hope you hire when you sign on the dotted line!  From initial contact to completion of our job Chris was professional, courteous, and willing to answer all questions (and I had a lot before we even got started).  You hope that when you hire a contractor that you are going to get good work for a fair price with minimal delays, at least I do.  I have been around a lot of remodel projects and this was by far the best experience I've had!  The crew was here each day working hard getting as much done as they could.  I was proactive in being sure that for the most part what they needed was here and ready for installation which really helped because they could keep moving.  That's the part that can be frustrating about remodeling is waiting for people to show up to do the work.  That was never the case with Gary and Ron.  They were here each day and so pleasant and precise in all they did.  I told Chris I knew that whatever they did-would be done right the first time.  It's so nice to have that kind of confidence in the construction/remodel business.  
The value they provided is beyond compare.  I would like to upload pictures, because you simply would not believe the transformation.  I shared my vision with Chris, and the guys executed that vision brilliantly.  They are all true craftsman, no question. What we received was a kitchen better than what we hoped for and for a reasonable price.  When there were questions and hiccups-(and there will be with all projects ) we could address them with Chris and vice versa. We felt we had an open and honest business relationship.   It was so evident that Chris's focus was to make us happy.  And happy, happy, happy we are.

"OMG!! Where have these guys been hiding! I called several other companies because my pool was continuously losing water but none of them could seem to find the source. Within about an hour these gentlemen concluded that I had a main drain leak. They repaired the leak the next day and also took over the pool maintenance service. (They even pressure washed my deck!!)
