I asked Jason to take a look and he quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Turns out a little switch on the socket had been turned off; I didn't need a re-build or replace after all. Jason saved me quite a bit of money and time and scored a few points. John has also worked at my house replacing an exterior ceiling fan on the porch - same great service and respect! Ashley handled the scheduling and she is friendly and pleasant to speak with. My schedule is a little tricky at times and she worked diligently to schedule Jason and John when it worked best for me.
