"When my first floor flooded, I felt like I woke up to a nightmare. We had just moved to the house a few weeks before and there was still stuff in boxes on the floor. Everything was soaked and all the floors needed to be replaced. In order to replace the floors, everything on the first floor needed to leave the house. This is where CRS made my life SO easy. Dawn came over to look at the job and instantly assured me of how professional they are and what to expect. They itemized every item, packed everything up, took a million pictures, stored it, cleaned everything so no mold would grow, restored some of the water damaged furniture and best is when everything came back, they unloaded each item just as it was before! Not a single piece of china (I probably had 300-400 pieces of china) was out of place. Ryan managed everything and was extremely helpful and professional. Oh and they communicated directly with my insurance company so I didn’t have to do anything as this was a hard enough time for me. I can’t say enough good things about CRS!!!
