I had hired Contents Restoration for their mitigation services after a water leak at my property. They were prompt in their responses and moved quickly. I am very pleased by the open communication and timely response I received from the team. I had a chance to work directly with Dawn, Jake, Jay, Aaron, Beau, and Leigh and they are all a pleasure to work with. I am currently working with Liz and Joe for their repair services. More to come on this after the repairs are complete.

Amazing work, looks better than when I first moved in!

Overall, the group did an excellent job. Everyone was kind and polite and worked very hard. The packing went quite smoothly and the return set back up went well also. If anything needed extra work, it was offered and done without any question. Personally, I was amazed at what a good job they did.

They were awesome. The team worked great together, told me when they would arrive, fixed all my problems, and made sure I was satisfied with the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

The repair people were friendly and great, but the packing and unpacking people were horrible! When my stuff was unpacked it was placed in the most random places. For example, they put my tea bags in four different places, disassemble my blender into multiple locations and still haven't found the seal, and split up my snow cone maker and put they put the bottom half in the chemical drawer with sponges in it.

What a god-send. Dawn and the crew at CRS literally saved our home and health. They conferred with specialists, went above and beyond to insure our safety. Communication and the work was top-notch. CRS was awesome to work with. They were contracted by our insurance company, but they were on time and took everything overnight! It was a smooth process (especially during the time where everything was crazy with the fire). Dawn (the owner) is professional and clear. Don't let her voicemail box (it says it's full) deter you from contacting her. Normally she calls back right away or utilizes text once you call her if she can't talk on the phone. The response time was literally 30 minutes (when she was on the call). They brought our stuff cleaned to our liking (our child was able to pay with one of the stuffed animals right out of the box they brought it in). We are glad our insurance referred this company for us!

When my first floor flooded, I felt like I woke up to a nightmare. We had just moved to the house a few weeks before and there was still stuff in boxes on the floor. Everything was soaked and all the floors needed to be replaced. In order to replace the floors, everything on the first floor needed to leave the house. This is where CRS made my life SO easy. Dawn came over to look at the job and instantly assured me of how professional they are and what to expect. They itemized every item, packed everything up, took a million pictures, stored it, cleaned everything so no mold would grow, restored some of the water damaged furniture and best is when everything came back, they unloaded each item just as it was before! Not a single piece of china (I probably had 300-400 pieces of china) was out of place. Ryan managed everything and was extremely helpful and professional. Oh and they communicated directly with my insurance company so I didn’t have to do anything as this was a hard enough time for me. I can’t say enough good things about CRS!!! Thank you guys for making this a great experience during the difficult time!

It went well. The staff came in and boxed up items. It did take a bit to get everything cleaned. However, the staff was very flexible and easy to work with to schedule pick up and drop off times. The entire staff was professional and kind. If I had questions they were quick to respond.

They were prompt, responsive and friendly in every way. They were very organized in removing and replacing all our belongings for our renovation. They stayed in touch and returned every thing at earliest possible event. They took care of out property like it was their own and were friendly and a delight to have in the home. Every item was numbered and put back precisely. They even helped by filing for insurance for things we had forgot about. I can think of nothing to improve their service.

Long story short had a pipe burst in my home. Was referred this company... and let me tell you best company I have ever worked with. First spoke with the owner Dawn and she was pleasant and laid everything out. Then I was introduced to Ryan who was the project manager for the pack out and packing of my belongings. For the 70+ days in which my items were held Ryan would check on us and see if we were OK. When it was time for the pack in Ryan shared with me how things would go. The team was professional caring timely courteous about my home and my belongings. Everyone worked as a team and was very neat as they process things out of the box. The team members respected my home and my mom while they were packing out. Although I felt a little guilty about Many things I have in the home they all made me feel comfortable and assured me that everything was OK. I would refer this company to anyone and also this company could become a organization company to help people go through their items because they are so detailed and caring about peoples belongings. Not one thing was missing every item in my house every single item in my house was stored. Thank you sincerely you all help me greatly.

Went great. Very nice workers and supervised the whole time. Nothing broken, damaged, or mistreated. Also was given various moving ideas such as scheduling bulk pickup with city and donating certain items....

WONDERFUL!!! I cannot thank CRS enough, or say adequate nice things about them!!! Not only did we have a water heater flood with months of restoration, but then we moved, and on top of that a death of a parent in another state. CRS graciously worked with us through one of the most stressful times in my life! Ryan kept in touch, and worked with me. His professionalism help give me peace in the storms.

Dawn and CRS saved us and our home from a true nightmare. Our home was contaminated with silica dust. We were displaced from our home for 5 & 1/2 months. I spent 2 & 1/2 months with chemical pneumonia. And the company that caused the contamination hired another remediation company that was not performing the work to our comfort or satisfaction. That is where Dawn and CRS came in! We had so much faith in her and her company that we hired her, out of pocket, to get the job done right!. She hired an environmentalist, followed a protocol, was a constant problem solver, communicator. We finally had someone on OUR side! They went above and beyond. We could not risk our home or my health. That's why we hired CRS. We knew they would do the job right! And they did!!!

Very well done and thorough. Dawn and Ryan were always helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns and handled all interactions with my insurance agent to clarify what was needed to restore my home.

Fantastic. Their workers were the workers were very in tune with following quarantine rules. They y would be in touch to ask us questions. The owners were at the job site to help. Professional, very concertos and kind. Nothing was broken. Quality service, people and work. They had attention to detail.
