The first physical appt. with Sloan was on 9-29 which was a fill in appt because someone cancelled. That appt. cost $100 for service fee and an estimate of $377... A part was ordered and another appt acheduled. That appt revealed another part needed and was ordered and another appt on Oct. 24th....
