Working in an area that is only 2 ft. high, they determined the cause of the leak. Not only was it a very large job, they had to endure the rain for the two days. They found the problem, came up with a solid solution and had us up and running . "We had another plumbing company come out due to a leak. Rather than do any diagnostics, they just replaced the pressure valve. It still leaked. I called the next Monday and was told oh, you need a new water heater. Johnny Gavilan from Preferred Home Services checked a couple things and found our expansion tank was bad. He did warn us there still could be a problem with the water heater but at least he checked first. If we need the water heater replaced, our expansion tank will be new!"
