"Mike built a custom home and barn for us. Great work and awesome people. Old school values from a good Christian man. It was a wonderful experience, we enjoyed the process and getting to know Mike and Annette. I highly recommend Mike and his team."

"The remodel went incredibly well and we have an older home with many issues. Bob asked us what we needed, offered recommendations, quoted us what the cost was. The work was beautiful! Bob, even returned when we had questions about the remodel after completion months later. Bob is the person you wish you had worked with along time ago."

"After completion of our bathroom remodel, we now literally give tours to our friends and neighbors. It's spacious and much safer with the ADA layout and new shower concept. Everybody finds the bright new look to be an investment and an enhancement. It adds value but is safer and that's most important. I next plan for my deck to be torn down and rebuilt and will again use Palmetto Renovations only. I have projects and they have expertise."

"Choice Home Builders LLC (Mack Brazell and associates) was the general contractor for a repair job at our mother’s home in Northeast Columbia. If you want an honest, reliable and reasonable contractor – call Mack Brazell. The scope of the project was to repair a roof/siding leak; and install new wall/ceiling sheetrock and flooring where leak damage had occurred. After contacting several others, Mack is the only one who told us he COULD do it and WOULD do it! 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was superior. Throughout the project, we were impressed with Mack’s commitment to generating a top-quality product. He really cared about doing the job right! He identified the problem and worked quickly to stop a long-term roof leak right before Hurricane Florence hit SC. Repairs to the roof, ceilings and walls was perfect. Mack and associates were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of our mother’s home and her availability. 2. Integrity and professionalism. Kept his word, kept us informed, was trustworthy and dependable. These attributes were greatly appreciated – especially in today’s world of shoddy repairmen. He always called before he showed up to inform us when he was coming. 3. Value. Choice Home Builders provided great work at a reasonable price. Mack went above and beyond what he quoted us…..we were pleasantly surprised at the amount we actually paid. In summary, Mack Brazell is reliable and trustworthy builder who can repair or construct any type of residential building. Possesses a great personality and work ethic, easy to work with, and very respectful of the customer and environment. We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Choice Home Builders LLC."

"I recently completed a new home designed by David Coleman Architecture of Seattle, one of the leading modern architects in the country. The design was highly site‑specific and architecturally complex, so choosing the right builder was critical. After interviewing several builders, I chose Tim Kern and Conquest Homes because I felt the right level of professionalism, confidence, and integrity from them. That instinct proved absolutely right. Tim's team executed a challenging modern plan with precision, top‑tier craftsmanship, and a clear respect for the architect’s vision. Modern architecture is not common in this region, yet they delivered it flawlessly—on time, at a competitive cost, and with exceptional quality. They monitored subcontractors closely and ensured every detail aligned with the architect’s specifications. Conquest Homes exceeded every expectation. If you’re building a home where quality and fidelity to design truly matter - there is no better choice."

"All work was completed as expected. Costs were reasonable and as expected. Bid came in better than competitor."
