I work at home and remotely....job in DC....and when I moved to the area I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a reliable source of assistance for my two computers. Fortunately I was referred to this group of experts who have kept me up and running and done it with an abundance of patience for someone whose expertise is not computers! They have removed a virus that I accidentally downloaded (and have taught me how NOT to do it again), and have occasionally worked on my system using remote access software which saves me a trip. When my old laptop finally died, they recommended what turned out to be the perfect replacement. One more thing: the people who work at That Computer Store are wonderfully patient and friendly and go the extra mile to find the problem and fix it, and their fees are extremely reasonable. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Chris spent the time it took to revive the 2 and speed up the sluggish ones. He had to run some diagnostic programs and while they were running he worked on the others so there was no downtime of wait time- he was working the whole time. He stayed until the problems were solved; he didn't give up on even the oldest ones. He advised us before he undertook some of the work so we could determine if one of the older computers was worth fixing.
