"Choice Home Builders LLC (Mack Brazell and associates) was the general contractor for a repair job at our mother’s home in Northeast Columbia. If you want an honest, reliable and reasonable contractor – call Mack Brazell. The scope of the project was to repair a roof/siding leak; and install new wall/ceiling sheetrock and flooring where leak damage had occurred. After contacting several others, Mack is the only one who told us he COULD do it and WOULD do it! 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was superior. Throughout the project, we were impressed with Mack’s commitment to generating a top-quality product. He really cared about doing the job right! He identified the problem and worked quickly to stop a long-term roof leak right before Hurricane Florence hit SC. Repairs to the roof, ceilings and walls was perfect. "MD Masonry did a great job. The original stucco was not installed correctly and it did not have a good foundation around the dormers and other second story locations. MD Masonry removed the old stucco and proposed a new foundation that would work on the second floor and would be much better than the previous Styrofoam system. They installed the cement board, base coat and worked to provide an extremely close match for the existing stucco color. The owner did a very good job communicating any changes or concerns ahead of time. The estimate was accurate and the work was completed very close to the original schedule. The second part of the job was completed ahead of schedule. I was pleased with MD Masonry and would recommend them and will use them again should I need more stucco work."

"He has the capabilities to solve a lot of problems and then if it is something else that requires other expertise he calls other people. You can count on him and the people he calls. He only reaches out to others that have a similar mindset as his. They are responsible, respectful, and do the job right. He stands by his work and he does communicate. He does large and small jobs. Todd also spent a half day drilling through the granite on a relief for my husbands' parents. He had to take the bronze to get it trimmed. As busy as Todd is, he took the time because he knew how important how these family issues are. This was way out of what a normal contractor would do and now the relief is up and it is beautiful. That's just the kind of person he is. He has been maintaining our property for the past 7 years. He does everything from replacing doors, sheet rock, refinishing cabinet doors, or has access to someone who can do it. If the rental properties needed to be painted, either inside or ouside, he did the work."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
