"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Choice Home Builders LLC (Mack Brazell and associates) was the general contractor for a repair job at our mother’s home in Northeast Columbia. If you want an honest, reliable and reasonable contractor – call Mack Brazell. The scope of the project was to repair a roof/siding leak; and install new wall/ceiling sheetrock and flooring where leak damage had occurred. After contacting several others, Mack is the only one who told us he COULD do it and WOULD do it! 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was superior. Throughout the project, we were impressed with Mack’s commitment to generating a top-quality product. He really cared about doing the job right! "First, they were extremely prompt in their response.  They came out and provided a great quote and spoke candidly about the repairs I wanted done and what was really needed.  There was complete honesty on their part and that was very much appreciated. I was assuming I needed a lot of work but when they actually explained to me the details of the job that needed to be done it was far less severe than I thought.  There was plenty of opportunity for the company to take advantage of my ignorance and willingness to pay but that's just not how they work.  I would highly recommend MD Masonry to anyone with any masonry needs, whether big or small!  Absolute professionals, very attentive, and honest!!

"He has the capabilities to solve a lot of problems and then if it is something else that requires other expertise he calls other people. You can count on him and the people he calls. He only reaches out to others that have a similar mindset as his. They are responsible, respectful, and do the job right. He stands by his work and he does communicate. He does large and small jobs. Todd also spent a half day drilling through the granite on a relief for my husbands' parents. He had to take the bronze to get it trimmed. As busy as Todd is, he took the time because he knew how important how these family issues are. This was way out of what a normal contractor would do and now the relief is up and it is beautiful. That's just the kind of person he is. He has been maintaining our property for the past 7 years. He does everything from replacing doors, sheet rock, refinishing cabinet doors, or has access to someone who can do it. If the rental properties needed to be painted, either inside or ouside, he did the work."

"Very well! Matthew our assigned project manager was very thorough and respectful. He kept our property guarded! We had a few people pop by the house to "check" things out and he respected our home. He called to see if these people were allowed on the property. He and I traveled through the house where he showed me how the work was being conducted. He also showed me problem areas. And explained throughly how it would work. There were about 5 guys working in the dead heat of July! where days it was almost unbearable. I was onsite 2 days here and there where I provided beverages and popcicles to cool off. They were able to complete the work a day a head of schedule! Now that we're into November. I have to say that my floors feel fantastic. No bowing. No bouncing. Plus their work is Lifetime!! So if we ever feel a problem we know just who to call!"
