He said he could change out the elements but would would recommend changing the water heater due the water heater was over 20years old and was showing signs of rust along the bottom of the tank. By 2:00 pm I had hot water with my new water heater. The technician was very knowledgeable and truly appreciate his recommendation because when he removed my old water heater the bottom was covered in rust. To top it off he discounted me 10% because my wife teaches at Alice Drive Elementary.

Even though septic draining is not normally one of the jobs that this company does, they agreed to come out and save the day for us (in the middle of the night!!). Bryan, the owner, not only drained our tank, but he also repaired and redesigned our septic line for better flow and installed a clean out valve.
