"It took longer then expected due to weather and they thought they could reuse some of the existing wood, when it turned out they could not, so there was a small delay in that issue because they had to order new wood replacing the entire deck structure. They were trying to save me some money by reusing some of the wood. They showed up on time and were very respectful. They kept me informed each step of the way. If the owner was not onsite, one of his guys knew what was going on also with each step. The owner answered all my questions completely and everyone remained professional throughout the entire process. They also spread pine straw for me and trimmed my trees.
