In the meantime, John from IDS called and offered to come out if my first appointment didn’t work out. That afternoon, I contacted John, and he promptly scheduled me for first thing the next morning. John and his assistant arrived ahead of schedule, completed the job in about 30 minutes, and did excellent work. John, if you’re reading this, my neighbor is interested in getting a quote for their problem garage door opener."
