Great price was lower than expected, and even came out Sunday afternoon to get it done. Awesome service will recommend.

On 8/29/2016, Mr Butler showed up promptly at nine AM as promised and installed the door we had picked out with the appropriate design work. By 11:30 he was done and the new door and opener operate smoothly and quietly. His fee was exactly what he quoted, no add-ons! We are very pleased with Butler Door and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a new or replacement door and/or opener. Mr Butler was very pleasant and courteous to work with. We are very satisfied.

Called for service, and they were at our house within 2 hours. Bruce Butler and his wife were very courteous and professional. They do not normally service our area, but came out anyway. He weighed our door and recommended a heavier spring. I had added insulation to the door a few years back, and did not realize the weight of the door had increased. We inquired about lifecycle of the door, and received good feedback on its wear and use. No extra parts or services were offered. Total time of service was about 30 minutes.

Garage door broke on Thursday morning. I forgot to call about it until friday afternoon. Mrs. Butler call me right back and made an appointment for the following morning. Saturday Mr. Butler was in and out in less than an hour. Couldn't be happier with the service.

It was fine. I had to call him back a couple of times but other than that, it was fine and it working. A lot of it was crazy. He was not personable at all. The first time he didn't even talk to me. It was good that he got it done and he didn't charge the other two times that he came. He was so professional that he didn't talk.

This morning, I found that my garage door barely opened. On Angie's list I found Butler Garage Door Company. I gave them a call at 830 this morning and to my surprise, Mr. Butler said he would be able to assess the door between 1100 and 1pm, TODAY.
He called at 11am and said he would be over in 15 minutes. He made it in 10 minutes, he was not punctual, but EARLY!
He assesed the door and found a few problems but most noticeably the broken coil. He gave me an estimate and I was pleasantly surprised to find that he had replacement coils in the back of his truck. No need for him to go off and buy the replacement parts.
Now, I was able to talk to him while he worked and observing him you could tell he knew his craft. I was so impressed with Bruce, that I mentioned I would ask him to come back to install a newer quieter garage door opener. He told me what he recommended and I said maybe he could come next week but he said he could do it now since he had all the stuff needed. He said he carries all this stuff just in case. This tells me this man has been doing this for a while, knows what he is doing and is prepared.
I could not recommend Mr. Butler enough. He did a great job and is an honest man.

I called Mr. Butler in the morning, he immediately answered my call and came out that afternoon. Called to let me know he was on his way. Not only fixed the resistance problem, but also oiled the door, etc.

Came to the house with multiple color tags so my wife could look throught them to decide on a color. he helped her match up the color to the same as the gutters (only women!). I was happy about the price!

His price was $300 less for the same brand name doors than the other door company I received a quote from. He was in and out in 5 hours, and we were very happy with the work.
