"They did an awesome job! Quick, professional, and affordable. Before Grout Medic, my bathroom looked like the background of a true crime documentary. Now it looks so fresh, clean, and dare I say, stunning. 1000% would recommend. Thank you Grout Medic!"

"Joe is extremely professional and a master at his craft. He does not try to recommend unnecessary work to be done. He is prompt and his work ethic is wonderful. Unlike other people who we have hired he is neat and clean. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for any tile work that needs to be done in their home."

"They did excellent work. Instead of one person for four hours, it was 4 people for one hour, which was great to have them in and out of the house so quick. They did a quick assessment when they got there and started on the dirtiest places first.
The only downside, was the difficulty to communicate and get scheduled as this part was a bit disorganized.

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

While professional cleaning effectively removes most stains, some deeply set stains might require additional treatments. Technicians can evaluate and use advanced methods, including chemical cleaners or steam, for tough stains.

Be sure to check the grout you use before you apply the grout sealer. Sometimes, grout doesn’t actually need sealer at all.

For the rest, apply one thin coat, clean up any excess mess, and let it sit for at least a full day. After a day has passed, go ahead and apply a second thin coat. Again, let that dry for another 24 hours.

There are a few tips to keep your floors clean to help keep them looking sparkling until your next professional visit. Sweeping and vacuuming regularly will help reduce the dirt, debris, and pet hair from accumulating.

Placing doormats at every entrance will help keep some of the dirt outside, helping to minimize the dirt that ends up on your floors. In addition, using the correct stain-removing methods for your floor type will help properly remove them without damaging your floors.

Yes. While you can clean every room in your home with vinegar and baking soda, you should not use them on marble floors. Vinegar is too acidic, and baking soda is too alkaline; both of them can lead to etching on your marble. A pH-neutral cleaner is your best bet to clean marble floors.

Most toilet bowl stains aren’t permanent. They can be extremely stubborn, but the right cleaner typically clears them up and makes your porcelain throne look as good as new. The best way to clean toilet stains is to determine what’s causing them and use the most appropriate solution. If you’re unsure what type of stain you’re facing, a professional cleaner can help.
