Jerry reached out and contacted me right away, was able to schedule quickly. He called to remind when he was on the way. When Jerry was here, he checked out the carpet, he explained what he could do, then he got busy. It's cleaning. I was very pleased that he took the time to give extra attention to some stains we were having reoccur to make sure that he got them out. Jerry was very respectful of our home, the carpet looks great and when we need the cleaning again will be calling him.

Jerry did tremendous work. We were extremely pleased. He put in a great deal of time in getting the dirt out (we have a dog) of all pieces being cleaned. We were very happy.

Jerry arrived on time. He was professional and confident, he would do a great job. Prior to cleaning the 100% wool area rug, with their equipment in our garage, I was worried. When the job was complete it looked great! However, I was still worried until it was completely dry. Jerry did a fabulous job, making the area rug look brand new. What a pleasant surprise! Jerry is the best. He arrived early to get started. He cleaned the upstairs carpet and stairs twice as they were very dirty. He also cleaned my LR rug and brought it back to life. He also cleaned my sofa. Everything looked awesome. I will use his company again. For what I had done he was very reasonable.
