PALMETTO PRESSURE CLEAN-DAVID AND THE CREW DID A FANTASTIC JOB CLEANING MY HISTORIC C.1897 VICTORIAN HOME FROM THE ROOF DOWN INCLUDING ALL PAINTED SURFACES, WINDOWS AND BRICKWORK AS WELL AS 2 WOODEN DECKS, A BRICK PATIO, CIRCULAR DRIVE AND CURBSIDE SIDEWALK. DUSTIN AND JIMMY CAME OUT FOR A PRELIMINARY VISIT AND ADDRESSED ALL MY CONCERNS AND I RECEIVED A FOLLOW-UP CALL AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING. World Of Clean WindowsI was told he would be in Augusta working on a date and would come by after work to give me an estimate. When he was a little later than I had expected , I called and his wife said he had had trouble with his truck quitting on him that day, so he had driven home to Greenwood without stopping to get the truck fixed and picked up his wife's car and was driving back to Augusta to keep his appointment with me to give me an estimate. He arrived in about 15 minutes, was very pleasant, and I received and estimate the next day. I checked one of his Augusta references which was stellar. When the day arrived, it was raining so we rescheduled. He and his wife arrived right on time and did a fabulous job with both the pressure washing and window cleaning. Owner is J. After huge storm came through the area about a month ago, the next day I noticed a water stain on my kitchen's ceiling. I reached out to another roofing company and it took them two weeks to respond. I missed the call and attempted to call them back. Once again, they did not pick up or return my phone call. I decided to move on and I asked for recommendations on my Next Door app. Multiple people suggested Brighter Side Roofing. I called and not only did the receptionist pick up the phone, but she was able to schedule someone to come out a few days later. Antonio came out and assessed my roof. He found that roof was not damaged, but was able to find the source of the water damage. There is a pipe that is attached to the roof and it came loose, allowing water to tickle down and drip onto the ceiling of my kitchen. He did not hesitate to volunteer himself to fix it and he did not charge me for it. I would recommend this company a thousand times over. Their attentiveness and customer service is nothing short of the Chick-fil-A standard.

I contacted the company and they were easy to schedule with, they provided a competitive quote. They charged a fee to come out and do an inspection but they provided me with a written / emailed estimate along with pictures from under the home and a written report of the crawlspace inspection.
