From the design consultation to the installation everyone was fantastic. My father’s tub to shower conversion was completed in a day. It has been life changing for him as it has become extremely difficult for him to step over the tub. He said his only regret was that he waited so long before getting it done.

Check your trailers lights. Theyre not working. Couldn't see it coming down Augusta because its black and blends right in. Im a business owner not trying to cause harm but its late and I couldn't see the phone number and I figured this would be an easy way to get in contact. Gave you 5 stars so I didnt hurt your score too ;) be safe

I can honestly say this company doesn't care about the customer and does shotty work. My husband and I hired Palmetto Bath to redo our bathrooms and we still have issues. I will attach some pictures to show how our trim work looks and how great a job Palmetto Bath takes care of the customer. My husband has tried calling and the staff was rude to him and wouldn't discuss anything and just told him that Justin would be out on Thursday at some point to try to fix any issues but issues still remain. My husband made a trip to Palmetto Bath to discuss these issues and tried to discuss these issues but the owner kept talking over both of us so we never got any real issues fixed. My husband asked the owner some questions about moisture that could possibly get behind the walls and also to address the damage performed by Chris and Mike and my husband was rudely asked to leave the location. My husband was rudely escorted out the building by staff and the owner Conan Edwards. We paid Palmetto Bath $7600 upfront and now owe Greensky Financial $11524 remaining. Greensky Financial has paid Palmetto Bath the money and we are left with tons of issues. If a customer needs financial assistance with the cost of the project then Palmetto Bath will refer you to Greensky Financial. If you need a shower or bath tub replaced you might want to choose a different company and save your money.
