Jim did an amazing job! He was punctual, professional, and helpful from start to finish, and the tile looks like new. I definitely recommend him.

I have dealt with a lot of contractors because I rebuilt my house due to fire. Jason Young, who works for the grout doctor, is a perfectionist and absolutely the hardest working most person I have ever met. He is absolutely extraordinary. I am 150% satisfied with the work they did for the amount they charged.

The Grout Doctor was wonderful and very professional. They took their time and did a fantastic job! We would highly recommend them.

Excellent job overall. We are very particular and Rich kept coming back on minor details until we were fully satisfied. Rich and his workers took great care as to not track up our house while coming and going. He was easy to contact and always promptly returned calls. He always showed up when he said he would (very rare in contractors). The job looks great, and we will use him again.

Showed up as scheduled and removed the toilet and baseboards in the bathroom and took up all of the old tiles. Prepped the floor, put down a new base of cement, and then tile adhesive, and installed the new tile (which we agreed to supply). He also replaced the wax seal on the toilet and reinstalled it along with the baseboards. He also recommended a different color grout than what we had purchased and supplied it at no additional charge. The color he recommended was a much better compliment to the wall color in the bathroom. He then regrouted the tile vanity. While the tile on the vanity was probably originally installed some 10 years ago, the vanity looked like it had just been completely retiled. It was brighter than it had ever looked. He did all of this in one day and when he was finished everything looked fabulous.

He did a professional job, showed up when expected, was pleasant. We are very pleased with the result.

Grout did not come clean. He tried to claim it was as good as it could get but we made him come back and he got it cleaner but tracked his chemicals on other floors causing some minor damage. Their ads claim to use chemicals that are less damaging than steam but that is impossible. I know this as a chemical engineer with 9 years in the grout, cement and concrete industry. Obviously only knows the company line with no true understanding of what he is doing.

The master shower in this old condo was completely re-grouted and made to look like new. I was astounded at how well it was done. The floor in the same bathroom was reasonably well done, but significant areas were left dull with discoloration over the grout. The cleaning was sloppy, too. Lots of dust was left on everything in the bathroom. The and quot;cleanedand quot; floor had dust and dirt left on it.

The master bath was not in as bad a shape and the re-caulking of the tub was well done. However, the floor looked no different from when they started. There is still discoloration in the grout. The tile around the tub was virtually untouched and you can still see the water stains left there from many showers. Other than the re-caulking, there is virtually nothing to show for the $250 spent on that bathroom.

Still, the master shower is beautiful--and when you contrast it with the rest of the job, it looks as though it was virtually the only thing done. It was well worth the $445 of the $750 spent to perform this specific service.

Unless you want this company to do a complete re-grout, don't call on them to clean anything. Do it yourself. Besides, they'll leave a mess behind--lots of dust. I had to clean my tub out after they left--and it was clean before they started.

Rich Chapella, the owner of the company, personally came and fixed a problem that had occurred with a tile and grout job that his company had done previously. He did a very good job.
