He listens to you about everything you want in your remodel plans. He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"

"Derek responded to my initial call and met me at my house to look at the project so he could prepare an estimate. He seemed to know exactly what could be done and gave me two options, one more expensive than another. I went with the more involved and more expensive option which was to remove the cabinet doors, move the bottom of the cabinet and all of it's support, and remake the doors using the existing materials to fit the smaller cabinet size. Derek and his men did a fantastic job. The cabinet looks like it was designed and built that way! I am a very happy customer, and so is my wife."

"For the leaky window, a bead of clear caulk was installed where the handyman thought it should go. This leak was the first in 10 years on a 10 year old house. The leak occurred on the day when tornadoes hit the state, no tornado here but very windy. Leak probably caused by the wind, but hard to tell. I guess we’ll see if that was it. The sticky door was fixed in moments, no waiting to tell for that, it works great now with no sticking. Also of note, I called on a Tuesday and they were here the next day."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."
