"I had him cut my lawn on a half acre lot. He was quick and professional. Did all of the cleanup and hauled off the bags. The edging was clean and crisp. I had a particular bad weed spot which he told me that he could take care and seeded it for me. Over all it was an excellent performance and will hire again."

We feel a lot of companies are out to just make a buck, and in turn, customers are overcharged and sometimes fooled into doing more to their Pluming system than what is needed. We are trying to weed these contractors out. First and foremost we pay attention to your needs! We don't want to do any plumbing to your whole house if it isn't needed, we will give you our honest opinion at the best rate with the best quality.

"Jimmie and helper knew about the work and carefully handled all items to be removed and took everything away in an enclosed trailer. The swept up before leaving. They asked me whether I wanted to keep some items when appropriate. I would hire them, again."

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, rats can come up through drains. They can crawl through basement floor drains, lateral house drains, and roof drains. Installing rat blockers in your drains is the best way to repel rats and prevent them from entering your pipes. These are one-way valves that allow water and waste to flow out but keep rats from getting in.

Some flushable wipes companies say they are designed to disintegrate within a few hours to a few days after being flushed. These wipes allegedly use materials that are more water-soluble than traditional wipes. However, many experts have raised concerns that even so-called "flushable" wipes do not break down as easily as claimed and can contribute to clogs and blockages in sewer systems.

To prevent plumbing and sewer problems, avoid flushing wipes, even those labeled as flushable. Instead, dispose of them in the trash. This can help prevent costly plumbing issues and reduce the strain on wastewater treatment systems.

Yes, hiring a drain cleaner is worth it, especially when compared to the cost of not being able to use a sink, shower, toilet, or bathtub and the potential damage that flooding can cause in your home. You might try a temporary drain cleaning liquid or snaking it yourself, but if the clog is out of reach or these methods do not work, then hiring a professional drain cleaner is the way to go.

Using less toilet paper is the easiest way to prevent future clogs. Also, avoid flushing sanitary products, thick paper towels, or hair down the toilet. If you’ve been using a brick in the tank to reduce the water used to flush the toilet, take it out immediately. Bricks will eventually fall apart and clog your toilet drain. Keeping your toilet lid closed also helps avoid future clogs.

Snakes can occasionally enter homes through shower drains, although it’s quite rare. This can happen when they follow sewer pipes or accidentally find their way into plumbing systems. To minimize the risk, consider installing drain covers or stoppers on your shower drains. Always keep drains closed when they’re not in use, especially in areas where snakes are known to be active.
