This gut did my inspection in 2024. Guy missed ac not working upstairs. Also the water heater was not working. This guy is old scammer that to take your money. Don’t do business with him.

The tech that showed up only replaced the pipes going into the bathroom, kitchen and hot water heater. Only pipes that could be seen without going under the house. Was supposed to replace all the pipes and insulate them.
