Once again this company has failed. Continued misdiagnosis and failure to be truthful. Save yourself the hassle. Avoid this company and any of their employees. They will continue to lie about the issue with zero intent of fixing the appliance.

2/10 Warranty sent this company. Very disappointing. Will not respond to phone calls. Clearly lied about the diagnosis and never intended to fix the ice maker. Quickly cashed the check before getting out the driveway. Regret allowing this guy in my home. Do not patronize!

They asked for information, which I sent them, and they never responded to phone calls, emails, or in any other manner. I ended up calling another appliance repair company, who responded immediately, charged me an exorbitant amount to tighten some screws, and then they left. Not responding at all, in my opinion, is the absolute worse show of professionalism that any company can do. They failed to respond in any manner and I could not be any more disappointed than I am at this point.

The company was called on Saturday, September 28, 2019. The office was closed so I left a message giving my name, phone number and description of the service required. Requesting someone return my call. As of this date I have not been contacted.

Terrible customer service and lack of proper repair means we will never use them again. Also, despite the fact that we had a 9-12 time slot, they showed up around 6:30 pm!

Great folks, identified the problem, ordered the part, the dryer is working. He temporarily fixed the dryer until the part came in so I could dry clothes. Very impressed, and the tech was professional and courteous.

I called another company who came out and fixed it and when he left the washer stopped as well.  The first company told me to get rid of the washer. 
Someone referred Everyday Heating / Cooling and I was a bit skeptical but I am happy I went with them. I called this company and I have been washing since that day with no problem.
He was most polite. I was impressed with his work.
My 5 year old kept bothering him asking questions and he never got frustrated. When he left my kid said I know what I am going to do when I grow up.
The heat from my dryer was also coming back in to the laundry room which made it unbearably hot and he fixed that by putting in one pipe and moved the cords from the front of the machines to the back with no additional cost.
