I have my 2003 Toyota Tundra service by Florence Toyota. Service staff is professional, very friendly, and gives me their full attention even on routine sevice like this oil change. They recommend items only if needed, never pushy. In and out in 30 minutes.

It went horrible. I went out of town and bought a brand new vehicle when they tried to sell me a car 3 years old, same vehicle that was more expensive! They must have thought I was out of my mind. Sparks Toyota and Hendrick's Toyota in Fayetteville are much, much more superior when it comes to pricing and when it comes to quality customer service. Do not waste your time at Florence Toyota. Take my advice...I've spent hours there to no avail. You can't deal with them and you will be out of the mood to purchase anything, probably even groceries, after you step into Dante's inferno, AKA FLORENCE TOYOTA, and experience h*** on earth.

No pushy sales people. We went and looked, test drove, they met our expectations and we bought the vehicle. This is our second one from them. Probably will not buy another vehicle anywhere else unless they can stand up to these standards.
As a side note, the general manager really takes an active part in dealing with customers. I had bought another vehicle from him over a year ago and he remembered me by name and vehicle. That type attention to detail realy stands out in a crowd. Great place.
