"Very well. The Mister Sparky electrician who did our estimate also did the repair work on our home at our request. He did an excellent estimate of the work we needed done, did the work very professionally and personably, and finished the job within the estimate. This involved pulling new cable through an underground conduit and routing part of the same cable through a Charleston crawl space - it was no simple job. If I was rating this electrician I would rate him "A" across the board, but the company gets a "C" for Responsiveness because of its extremely poor office support, i.e., its answering service. Similarly, the electrician would have been rated "A" for Professionalism but the company gets a "B" rating for Professionalism for its office support. I told the company's manager and the electrician who made the repairs that its answering service is in need of substantial improvement at the time of the job."

"The company does great work. I am please with the work. They worked fast and were very friendly. They will be installing more lights for me in the near future. The lights that I bought for him to install in the kitchen doesn’t light up the kitchen enough, so since I liked the design of light so much the owner suggested that i place the same exact light in another area of the kitchen. Great idea. He was hundreds dollars cheaper than other quotes that I received. They do wonderful work. I have already recommended him to my sister that needs electrical work."

He was prompt, communicative, and informative with regards to what he was doing and why it had to be done.
