"Fantastic experience all around using SWS to encapsulate my crawl space from initial proposal through job completion. Chris Borgman with SWS conducted a very comprehensive assessment of my crawlspace, which included a series of pictures and a hand drawn schematic of the space. Chris walked me through his assessment and presented his recommendation, which I felt was very well thought out and made the most sense in terms of what issues were and were not present in the crawlspace. Never any pressure or upselling. The proposal was cost competitive as well. I had numerous follow up questions after receiving the proposal and Chris was always prompt to respond, patient and pleasant to deal with and definitely went the extra mile to help coordinate the work to accommodate my schedule and other projects going on at my house concurrently. When it came time for the work to be performed, Eduardo and his crew were just as fantastic. They spent four solid days working in the crawlspace. They were friendly, courteous and very respectful of my property at all times. Once the job was complete I went down into the crawl and Eduardo walked me through everything that had been done, showed me the features of the system and took the time to answer any questions that I had. This was at the end of the 4th day and I’m sure he and his crew were ready to call it a day and head home, but he patiently addressed all of my questions. I could tell that he took great pride in the quality of work that he and his crew perform. I got the same vibe from Chris as well.
