"Josh was extremely punctual, he came out the same day I called to look at what I needed done which was a Friday evening. He explained everything to me in ways I could understand and gave me an approximate estimate before he left saying he would have a written quote over to me the next day. Well Saturday morning at 6:30am, I got the quote. I had another company quote me $400 more for less. Being a woman who lives alone, I have had contractors take advantage of me. Well, I could tell Josh wanted my business and his quote was very reasonable. He and his crew came out that week and had the job done in 4 hrs. When the other company said it would take 1 1/2 days. It is working great and I am very pleased with Sedona. The one really great thing about Josh is he is true to his word and he values his customers! "Wayne and his crew did a spectacular job, at a very fair price. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. "They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
