"Family First Security was used by our builder to wire our new home 5 years ago. The owner/installer explained our system well and we have had little problems and feel secure with our security. Recently we were having issues with one of our door sensors setting off the alarm. We could not get satisfaction from Brinks who is monitoring our home so I called Jamie to see if he could help. He called back quickly and said he was going to be in the neighborhood that day and would stop by and see if he could help. This was above and beyond his responsibility and we fully appreciate how he follows up on security equipment he installs, his professionalism and making the customer number one. Thank you. Kay A"

"Very Good installer. He did leave a light hanging which he has not come back and replaced. Other than that very professional , easy to deal with. I think his charges might be a little on the high side for what he does but overall I would recommend."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
