Very pleased with upgraded equipment to improve our existing security system. Jamie and his team at Family First Security was easy to work with and provided professional installation and instructions so everything worked easily. I highly recommend you give them call. I have 8 Security Cameras installed in my house (2 inside, 6 outside) few years ago. I still remember how Jamie and his crew had come out and patiently installed all cameras. Drilling holes through ceiling and adjusting and all was done very professionally! Ever since I got it installed no matter what problem I run into, Jamie is always Quick on responding to my text messages and solving issues. Since I got new devices and had forgotten Pw, I could not view cameras on my app. He reached out to me to assist me with setting up the app again! It feels great to have apps running on iphone and ipads now. His team who came out to fix the issue patiently solved the problem. I highly recommend Family First Security for their good quality Cameras, professional installation and exceptional Excellent customer service experience thereafter!

FFS doesn't push upgrades and higher plans off onto you. They simply educate you on what they are able to offer and then hook you up!
