"I was very pleased on how this all went. After several attempts to get estimates from other painters who never came through, I found Fresh Coat on Angie’s List. They came out as promised to look at my house and I had a written estimate within days. Everything was spelled out on the contract and any questions I had were promptly answered. The owner, Jimmy comes out on the day the work starts and goes over everything again to make sure all is in order. They take their time with the prep and the painters came every day until the work was finished. Jimmy then comes out again to walk around to make sure everything is done correctly. "Marcial and his crew were prompt, professional and hard working. I received Marcials' proposal in a timely fashion, which is more than I can say about some of his competitors in the Columbia area. They arrived at the job site each day in a timely manner, worked 8 to 10 hours,cleaned up daily and completed the job in approximately six days. Martial was very helpful assisting us with the correct type and color of paints and stains. He replaced all identified rotten wood on our home, which is 100+ years old, as well as some wood which we had not identified upon initial inspection. He also found a shingle on the roof that required replacing and took care of that at no additional cost.
