He included all rotten wood replacement in his price (window sills, door jambs, etc.), which was very convenient because several other painters who quoted our job were not willing to do the wood carpentry. They also found some additional rotten siding that we weren't aware of, which he replaced without question. They pressure washed and stained the street-facing portion of our fence, and that was something we didn't even ask for!
