He replaced all identified rotten wood on our home, which is 100+ years old, as well as some wood which we had not identified upon initial inspection. "I was very pleased with the supervision of the Project Manager. He met me on-site to answer questions and made recommendations based on what I needed. He was on-site during the removal and installation process making several trips to secure insulation and plywood decking which they found missing on the structure once the existing roof was removed. Tom stayed in touch with me via text, phone or in person throughout the process. The owner came out on the final day to inspect the work and meet with me. He was also present during the actual work.
