"The actual painting results with Fresh Coat are fine, but the communication is very tough to deal with. It's evident the painters don't have much contact with the person who makes the sale, and so my requests where either not done, not done properly or just completely ignored. For instance, I wanted the staircase painted. The contractor (Jimmy) specified in the invoice that the stairway would be painted. That, to me, means everything included in the stairway. To Jimmy, that just means the walls. But the stairs were the one part of the house that needed the most attention, and they were just ignored. So it shows a lack of caring, and overall inability to see what's best for the client in the long run. These guys just want to get paid and do the least amount of work possible, and it shows, which is disappointing.

"Marcial and his crew were prompt, professional and hard working. I received Marcials' proposal in a timely fashion, which is more than I can say about some of his competitors in the Columbia area. They arrived at the job site each day in a timely manner, worked 8 to 10 hours,cleaned up daily and completed the job in approximately six days. Martial was very helpful assisting us with the correct type and color of paints and stains. He replaced all identified rotten wood on our home, which is 100+ years old, as well as some wood which we had not identified upon initial inspection. He also found a shingle on the roof that required replacing and took care of that at no additional cost. Victor was very easy to work with (including adhering to the CDC directives during our first meeting and throughout without my having to mention them). He was on time, professional, easy to work with, and did a quality job, including pressure washing the back wall of the house so it would look as great as the deck once he was finished! We have some construction needs and once that project is complete will have RAC back to take care of the entire exterior of the house. Can t give a better review than that!!!"

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.
