"Dylan did a fabulous job managing our window order, ensuring we had the right measurements and showing us how to use the windows and door. Diego, the crew leader, was polite and worked with us to move everything we needed away from the old windows. We are happy with our new windows! Home genius also installed our new roof and gutters. Each job was completed in one day including cleanup. They were careful to minimize damage to flower beds. Crews were on time, and minimized disturbance. When I confirmed the quote, he responded by having his guys available the next day to perform the window repair (ridiculously poor install by another company). "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
