Joe Winn was the first to call, showed up 90 minutes later same day (and on time!) and after looking at the job, advised me that he could fix the door without the time and expense of replacing the entire frame. 40 minutes later, the job was done...and he even checked and adjusted her storm door as well! My mother is thrilled with how the door works, how smooth it opens and closes, and she can use her electronic locks once again.
