"I met with Miguel to assess the project. We agreed on a price and set a date. I called him two days in advance to confirm... also gave him the name and number of a neighbor who needed some work done. No one showed up on the agreed upon date nor did they call. My neighbor never got a call either. So very, very disappointed"
