"The installer arrived at our home at 8:45am and did not leave until 7Pm(Kevin Alicea). He was professional and courteous. It amazed me that the job was done in a day with only him as the installer. Drop cloths were dropped from garage door entrance to bathroom to protect my property. He left with no questions unanswered. I felt extremely comfortable with his presence in our home. And was surprised that the noise was very minimal. I remained in the home during the installation. Was not forced outside while the work was done. I was in the comfort of my home throughout the installation. And the bathroom was well cleaned before the installer left"

"It went great. The toilet ended up needing to be replaced as well. Kevin and Anne worked with the plumber to ensure that the toilet we wanted was able to be installed quickly. Kevin did a quality check twice after the repair was complete. He noticed that the floor wasn't quite right. It was fixed the next day.
