When I hired them I just assumed my gutters would be entirely clean. While for the most part the job was good however there was a few places that still had some black marks on the gutters. I was told by the person cleaning my gutters that this was oxidation and would cost extra to be cleaned off and would require a second visit. $1 per foot with a $100 minimum charge. Hmmm, why wasn t I told that upfront that my gutters may not be completely clean and there would be additional charges? I think shopping around and asking more questions would have done me well. They did wash my house, but was it entirely clean? I d have to say they did not meet my expectations.

We asked him to be careful about which chemicals he used on our wood floor. He used a chlorine type of cleaner and it ruined some of our flowers around the deck. The vinyl siding on the house looks great. Overall the job looks great except for the problems with the flowers.
