As with any business I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. However, this was not the case with the Southeast Pressure Cleaning Company. The worker was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. And his behavior was even after I paid the overcharged bill. I will never use the Southeast Pressure Cleaning Company again.

As a 3x residual consumer, you were given the neighborhood discount that the business no longer resides in. You still received the neighborhood discount. It was also explained to you that due to COVID and price inflation for gas and products for the company to operate, prices increased from your last service. Although prices increased, you still did not pay the pricing for your services that a 1900 square footage home is quoted. You were fine until the credit card processing fee of 3.9% was given after work completion."

This is the second time I have used Jermaine's business for services to my home. The first was to pressure wash my home and most recently for my deck and fence. He took his time to ensure the job was done with the highest quality of service, but he is also very professional and extremely reasonably priced.
