The result was just what I wanted, and unique and pretty stunning. On time and under budget. Latest project was a complete kitchen remodel. Everything was demolished. New kitchen island created with sink, counter and dishwasher (that required cracking concrete and moving plumbing. All new kitchen cabinets, pantry, counters, backsplash, flooring. The project came out perfect. Achieve what I wanted including maximizing space, cabinets, and again, a uniqueness to distinguish my home from others in the neighborhood. All quality products, new appliances, wonderful sub-contractors, CLEAN, exacting, responsive. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. Their repair was exacting to code and saved us from a total roof job. The repair was exceptionally well done. The professionalism, attitude and "Can-Do" response was prompt and can not be over-stated! The ease of working with just ONE contractor for all things was also stress-free.
