"We called, interviewed and reached out to over 25 builders when starting to plan our ground-up build in Old Mount Pleasant. After meeting with several, Chris and Rusty gave us the best price (and were also the most personable). This is our second build so we knew the ropes but I wasn't prepared for the level of communication, keeping us on task and overall organization from Blue Horizon. They did an excellent job telling us when we were going over budget, reminding me of when things needed to be chosen (we didn't hire any outside help or a designer), and generally keeping the project on time. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. Their repair was exacting to code and saved us from a total roof job. The repair was exceptionally well done.
