How'd it go? ...OUTSTANDING.. The house design, and lot topography, made the construction quite complex. Going into this, I knew it would be so, my main emphasis was to find a contractor that was up for the task.. After multiple interviews, I decided on George Smith, the owner of BTS Construction. That decision, turned out to be a major home run...! My first impression of George was, his emphasis toward my satisfaction and not the money involved. He's exceptionally knowledgeable about his trade, willing to work with me as much as I wanted, fair in pricing, honest, trustworthy, extremely pesonable, with an overall exceptional work ethic. All i could want in someone that was undertaking a project of this magnitude (the house is 6000+ sq. ft.).. It should be noted that George has provided general contractor services for houses of any size and, condominium complexes. I've been in this area for about 20 years and this is my fourth, newly constructed, house. Until George, I have not come across anyone as dedicated to the post construction items as him. Once my house was complete, George was as dedicated to his final product as he was during the construction process.. Although the post construction punch list was small, George responded to each in the most expeditious manner, with 100% satisfaction on my part. It has been years since i was a mechanical design major in college and, although that wasn't my ultimate career path, I'm knowledgable enough about the building process to be slightly dangerous.. I tended to be quite attentive to the building process and, again, I could not have been more pleased. Without question, I would recommend George Smith, BTS Construction, to any and all people that are looking for a quality, knowledgeable builder with a tremendous work ethic..
